3.3 Pricing: All prices quoted are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional damage or structural issues are discovered during work.
3.4 Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material cost fluctuations, unforeseen circumstances, or changes in project scope. Any price changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4.1 Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit (30-50%) is required for larger projects, with the balance due upon completion.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and offer financing options with approved credit.
4.3 Late Payment: Payments not received within agreed timeframes may be subject to late fees and interest charges as permitted by law.

6.2 Weather Delays: Roofing work is weather-dependent. We will reschedule as needed for safety and quality assurance.
6.3 Customer Cancellations: If you cancel after materials have been ordered, you may be responsible for material costs and restocking fees.
6.4 Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe conditions, customer non-payment, or other legitimate reasons.

8.1 Service Limitations: We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided or correction of defective work covered under warranty.
8.2 Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage beyond the immediate work area.
8.3 Third Party Claims: We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties or pre-existing conditions not discovered during our initial assessment.
